Yes! If you received a save the date, a formal invitation with full details will follow. Save the dates are simply a way for guests to mark their calendars and begin planning travel while we finish ironing out the remaining details.

Children who are part of our family will be invited. That said, our celebration will take place on a vineyard with open terrain and nearby roads, and the evening will include alcohol, adult music, and a late-night celebration. With plenty of advance notice, we hope this allows parents the time to make childcare arrangements if they’d like to enjoy the evening as a date night.
When RSVPs open, they will reflect exactly who from your household is invited. If children are listed, they are welcome to attend! And if you choose to attend without them, that’s completely fine with us—just be sure your plans are reflected on your RSVP when the time comes.
If you have questions or unique circumstances, please feel free to reach out!

The wedding will be formal, with room for personality, set outdoors in the vineyard on a warm summer evening. Shoes that work well on vineyard terrain are a good idea, and we ask that guests avoid predominantly white outfits.

Our wedding is taking place on a property that’s been part of Erin’s life for years, both personally and through her work. The vineyard was originally owned by the McClintock family and later sold to Francis Coppola, becoming Domaine Lumineux. When ownership changed, the McClintocks kept a small section of land with their home in the middle of the vines, creating a uniquely shared landscape.
Because of Erin’s long connection to the property and her relationship with both families, we were generously given permission to celebrate on the land surrounding their home. Our ceremony will take place among the vines, and the reception will span both properties.
This means the day will look a little different than a traditional venue. We’re transforming a working vineyard into a celebration space, from bringing in restrooms and lighting to preparing the land itself. Guests will walk through the vineyard to move between the ceremony, reception, and parking areas. It’s not a manicured event space, but something much more personal and entirely one-of-a-kind.
