Frequently Asked Questions
-
Please RSVP by June 20 so we can finalize plans. Due to space and planning requirements, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your RSVP.
-
We’re keeping our celebration intentionally small. When you RSVP online, you’ll see exactly who is invited from your household. If a plus-one was included for you, their name will appear there. If we may have missed someone, please reach out.

Children of relatives are invited to attend. Our celebration will take place on a vineyard with open terrain and nearby roads, and the evening will include alcohol and adult music so we completely understand if parents within our family prefer to make it a date night.
When you RSVP online, you will see exactly who from your household is invited. If children are listed, they are more than welcome to attend. If you choose to attend without them, that is completely fine, just be sure your RSVP reflects your plans.
If you have any questions or unique circumstances, feel free to reach out.

We’d love for everyone to dress up in summer formal, but have fun with it. No specific colors.
It will likely be warm during the ceremony and cool off later in the evening, so plan accordingly.
Please avoid wearing predominantly white, and skip stilettos as they’ll be tough in the vineyard.
If you’re the Pinterest type, we put together a little inspiration to show what “formal with personality” looks like to us. Click here to check it out.

Entirely outdoors! We’ll make sure you have shade and cover in case of unpleasant weather.
There is a private residence on site that is not open to guests, and we appreciate you respecting that space. -
Parking at the venue is limited, so we’ll be offering transportation to and from downtown McMinnville. Rideshare services are limited in the area.
If you prefer to drive, there will be parking available along Hilltop Lane within the vineyard for standard vehicles. From there, it’s a short walk through the vines to the celebration. Please be mindful of the vine trellising when parking so nothing gets damaged.
Transportation details will be shared closer to the date.

Plan to arrive around 4:00 PM. We’ll be pouring welcome wine then, with the ceremony beginning at 4:30 PM.
We kindly ask that guests arrive no earlier than 3:45 so we can finish getting everything ready.
-
Yes, we’ll have a shuttle picking guests up from select McMinnville hotels and returning guests at the end of the night.
Parking at the venue is limited, and we also want everyone to be able to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the evening without worrying about driving afterward.
At the end of the night, the shuttle will return guests to McMinnville at 10:00 PM, and we may add an earlier return option if needed.

Because our celebration is taking place on a working vineyard, the setting does come with some accessibility considerations. The ceremony and reception will be held in different areas, with uneven terrain between them.
If you have any mobility or accessibility needs, please let us know ahead of time. We’ll provide you with the details you need and make sure there’s a plan in place so you can comfortably navigate the day and enjoy the celebration with us.

Our wedding is taking place on a property that’s been part of Erin’s life for years, both personally and through her work. The vineyard was originally owned by the McClintock family and later sold to Francis Coppola, becoming Domaine Lumineux. When ownership changed, the McClintocks kept a small section of land with their home in the middle of the vines, creating a unique shared landscape.
Because of Erin’s long connection to the property and her relationship with both families, we were generously given permission to celebrate on the land surrounding their home. Our ceremony will take place among the vines, and the reception will span both properties.
This means the day will look a little different than a traditional venue. We’re transforming a working vineyard into a celebration space, from bringing in restrooms and lighting to preparing the land itself. Guests will walk through the vineyard to move between the ceremony, reception, and parking areas. It’s not a manicured event space, but something much more personal and entirely one-of-a-kind.
