TravelWe can’t wait to celebrate with you in wine country. While our wedding is taking place in the Dundee Hills, we are staying about 15 minutes away in Downtown McMinnville. We encourage you to stay in the same area as it has plenty to do and give us the opportunity to spend more time together. Below are our recommendations for travel and you visit.
Getting In
You’ll fly into Portland International Airport (PDX), and we recommend booking flights 2-5 months in advance to ensure availability and reasonable pricing.
Getting Around
McMinnville is roughly a 45 miles drive from PDX, so transportation into town will be needed. Rental cars are recommended, but Lyft, Uber, and taxis are readily available at the airport as well.
Once you’re in downtown McMinnville, it’s a walkable area and close to everything we have planned for the weekend. Transportation to the venue will be provided on the wedding day.
We’ll be staying at The Atticus Hotel on Downtown Third Street in McMinnville. We’ll be providing a shuttle between downtown McMinnville and the venue on wedding day for convenience and safety. Our after-party will take place downtown, and we’re also planning a casual get-together there on Sunday. If you’d like to be close to everything happening throughout the weekend, we recommend staying in downtown McMinnville as well.
