Before you make your transportation plan, here’s the main thing to know: the wedding is at a private vineyard with limited parking, and we’ll be heading back to downtown McMinnville after the reception for the after-party.

To make things easier, we’ll have a shuttle picking guests up from McMenamins Hotel Oregon before the ceremony and bringing guests back at the end of the night. Even if you’re renting a car, staying outside of McMinnville, or live locally, the shuttle may still be a good option.

The shuttle will arrive at McMennamins Hotel Oregon at 3:15 PM so everyone has time to get settled and load in. It will depart for the venue at 3:30 PM, so please plan to arrive in time.

When you RSVP, you’ll be able to let us know if you plan to take the shuttle and where you’re staying. Depending on where everyone ends up, we may add another stop or two along the route.

If you’re not staying downtown but would still like to take the shuttle, you’re welcome to park near the pickup location and ride from there. There is a free parking garage about two blocks from McMenamins Hotel Oregon:

At the end of the night, the shuttle will return guests to the same pickup location(s). Since the after-party will also be downtown, anyone staying nearby or parked downtown can keep celebrating without needing to drive from the vineyard.

Final shuttle details will be confirmed and shared closer to the wedding date based on RSVP responses.
